Upon delivery, tiles should be inspected jointly by you and your design professional. Any damages, shortages, or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Tile selection and placement should be guided by you and or your design professional to distribute natural variations evenly and according to the intended design. Proper mixing ensures the best visual result and avoids concentration of similar tiles. The quality of the final installation is directly related to the quality of the dry run.
